B. PROCEDURES FOR ENROLLMENT

1. FOR INCOMING GRADE 11

These are students who have successfully completed Grade 10 and are transferring to PATTS College of Aeronautics for Grade 11. 

a. SHS Adviser - for approval

b. Screening Committee - for Personal Undertaking

c. Accounting Office - for verification of account and checking of fees

d. PATTS Bookstore - for payment of test booklets, PE and ROTC Uniforms and others

e. Cashier's Office - for payment of fees

f. PATTS Clinic - for medical and dental check-up

g. Library - for application of SHS ID and others

h. SHS Adviser - for sectioning

2. FOR TRANSFEREES

For Incoming Grade 12 Student

 These are students who have successfully completed grade 11 and are transferring to PATTS College of Aeronautics for Grade 12. 

           a. Present Grade 11 copy of grades to the SHS Principal for Recommendation

b. Proceed to the Admissions / Course Counseling Section for proper endorsement

c. SHS Adviser - for approval

d. Screening Committee - for Personal Undertaking

e. Accounting Office - for verification of account and checking of fees
