FOR INCOMING SHS GRADE 11 STUDENT:

• Any document which clearly indicates you are currently enrolled in Grade 10

• PSA Birth Certificate 

• 2x2 recent picture

• Examination fee is Php 700.00

FOR SHS TRANSFEREE (SHS G11 - 1ST SEMESTER TO SHS G12 - 2ND SEMESTER)

• SHS G11 (1st Semester) Form 138 / Report Card and Registration Form indicating the list of subjects currently enrolled in SHS G11 (2nd Semester)

• PSA Birth Certificate 

• 2x2 recent picture

• Examination fee is Php 700.00

FOR SHS TRANSFEREE (SHS G11 TO SHS G12)

• Complete SHS G11 Report Card

• PSA Birth Certificate 

• 2x2 recent picture

• Examination fee is Php 700.00

FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN:

• Any document which clearly indicates you are currently enrolled in Grade 12

SCHEDULES

COLLEGE

College Entrance Examination is face to face / onsite.

The college entrance exam is scheduled to the nearest Saturday upon approval of the application and payment of the entrance exam fee. Further instruction on the Entrance Exam Procedure is sent to the applicant's registered email address.

*Note: Application cut-off for the same week, Saturday exam, is every Thursday at 5:00 P.M.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

SHS Entrance Examination is online.

There are three SHS entrance exams scheduled in April, May and June. The schedule will be given upon approval of the application and payment of the entrance exam fee. Further instruction on the Entrance Exam Procedure is sent to the applicant's registered email address.
