PATTS College of Aeronautics is an Accredited Skill Test Facility of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) for Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) and Aviation Maintenance Specialist (AMS).

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CAAP PRACTICAL EXAM

STEP 1: Submit Application Form and other Documents Online

1. Fill-out the Online Application Form via this link: ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

2. Upload a scanned copy (in PDF format) of the following documents in the Google Form:

A. CAAP Airmen License Flow, Permit and Clearance Form 

B. Application for Airmen Personal License

C. Recent 2x2 ID picture, white background, face front (minimum of 600 x 600 pixels) Note: Maximum file size is 2MB.

STEP 2: Send an  email to skills.test@patts.edu.ph as a notification that you have filled-up the Google Form.

STEP 3: Wait for a confirmation via your registered email address from any of the following: 

1. joselito.biera@patts.edu.ph

2. jc.amores@patts.edu.ph

3. van.bagadiong@patts.edu.ph 

*If email confirmation is received, you may proceed to paying your Practical Exam Fee. 

STEP 4: Send a clear copy of your transaction receipt/proof of payment to skills.test@patts.edu.ph.  Make sure that your transaction receipt/proof of payment indicates the destination bank and transaction date. 

STEP 5: Wait for payment to be verified by PATTS Cashier’s Department. Applicant will receive an email notification regarding the schedule of his/her Practical Examination.
