ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CAAP PRACTICAL EXAM
STEP 1: Submit Application Form and other Documents Online
Fill-out the Online Application Form via this link: ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Upload a scanned copy (in PDF format) of the following documents in the Google Form:
A. CAAP Airmen License Flow, Permit and Clearance Form
B. Application for Airmen Personal License
C. Recent 2x2 ID picture, white background, face front (minimum of 600 x 600 pixels) Note: Maximum file size is 2MB.
STEP 2: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as a notification that you have filled-up the Google Form.
STEP 3: Wait for a confirmation via your registered email address from any of the following:
*If email confirmation is received, you may proceed to paying your Practical Exam Fee.
STEP 4: Send a clear copy of your transaction receipt/proof of payment to email@example.com. Make sure that your transaction receipt/proof of payment indicates the destination bank and transaction date.
STEP 5: Wait for payment to be verified by PATTS Cashier’s Department. Applicant will receive an email notification regarding the schedule of his/her Practical Examination.
