SHS PROM 2024
A Celestial Night of Youth
Under a sky of twinkling stars and cosmic wonder, the senior high school students dazzled brighter than the moon at the SHS Prom with the theme of “Celestial Soiree” held at the Chairman’s penthouse last May 17, 2024.
message from Engr. Jose Eduardo S. Valdez (College President and COO), who congratulated the students on making it through the school year and encouraged them to look forward to the future. Shortly after, the grade 11 and 12 students presented a joint cotillion dance, blending tradition with youthful spirit.
The evening flowed into dinner, serenaded by the senior high school bands, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. As everyone enjoyed the meal, a special milestone video made by the SHS students was screened. The video captured the bittersweet journey of high school life far from home, living in dormitories, facing the loneliness that often comes with being away from family, and learning to navigate the challenges of a new environment. It showcased the emotional rollercoaster of finding one's footing in an unfamiliar world, reflecting both the struggles and the victories along the way.
Finally, the turnover ceremony of the PATTS Senior High Council took place, where outgoing officers passed their responsibilities to the newly elected leaders. Mr. Takuto G. Suzuki, the previous PSHC chancellor, then delivered a heartfelt message, expressing his gratitude to everyone who supported him throughout his term, making his leadership both successful and fulfilling.
The evening was brought to a close by Ms. Leigh Bautista, the newly elected chancellor, who gave her closing remarks. Afterwards, the open-floor dance began, inviting everyone to join in the celebration. The dance floor quickly filled with laughter and joy, as students and teachers alike came together to enjoy the final moments of the event.
