PROPELLING HIGHER

7th Senior High School Commencement Exercises

The 7th Senior High School Commencement Exercises marked not only the culmination of years of hard work but also the beginning of thrilling new adventures as the graduates stepped boldly into a future brimming with endless possibilities. The ceremony took place on July 24, 2024, at the Chairman’s Penthouse, where students and parents gathered to celebrate this momentous occasion.

Ms. Ma. Felisa S. Valdez (Chairman and CFO) along with Dr. Catherine M. Camposano, RGC, LPT (Senior High School Principal) had the honor of awarding medals to the graduates who had relentlessly pursued excellence. Following the presentation of the graduates, the College Officials - Engr. Jose Eduardo S. Valdez,  conferred diplomas to the graduates.

Engr. Jose Eduardo S. Valdez (College President and COO), introduced the Commencement Speaker, Mr. Erich H. Lingad, President of the Philippine Multimodal Transport and Logistics Association Inc.,  a key figure in Air Logistics by True North GSA Inc. and Move It Multimodal Transport and Logistics Inc., and a proud PATTS alumnus. Mr. Lingad reminded the audience that, “Success is not just about reaching your destination, but also the journey and experiences you gain along the way.” He left the stage with a final, resounding thought: “The pursuit of knowledge doesn’t end with a diploma; it is a lifelong journey that enriches your mind and widens your horizons.”

The Batch 2024 Captain Mr. Marc Benedict F. Alberto delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude to his Alma Mater and all those who supported him throughout his Senior High School journey. The graduates then recited their Pledge of Loyalty led by Engr. Joy Cosme G. Amores Jr. (VP for Academic Affairs), before closing the ceremony with their graduation song.

For those unable to attend the first event due to heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon Carina, a special ceremony was held last August 8, 2024, at the Chairman’s Penthouse. Hosted by Ms. Menchie O. Solidum as Master of Ceremonies, the event began with welcoming remarks from Engr. Valdez. He, together with Dr. Camposano, presented the graduates of Batch 2024. Diplomas were then awarded by Atty. Anna Katrina V. Cruz (VP for Administrative Affairs) and Dr. Emelita J. Javier (VP for Student Affairs). Gratitude to the parents of graduates was expressed, followed by the pledge of loyalty once again led by Engr. Joy Cosme G. Amores Jr. The event concluded with the graduates singing their graduation song, united in spirit and purpose.

The ceremony has witnessed each graduate step higher, thereby marking a great milestone in their lives. Carrying lessons and values from their Alma Mater, they have emerged ready to face higher education in confidence and mold their future so they can leave long-lasting marks. The ceremony may have ended, but their journey is just beginning.
