Captivating World of Books
Traversing the beauty of various literary works, PATTSeans showcased their passionate minds and talents through discussions on their selected books at the Book Talk 2024 last February 21, 2024 at the Audio Visual Room.
Organized by the Languages Department, the event featured two divisions: one for Senior High School and another for College. Participants presented their selected books on stage, delivering captivating summaries in distinctive and captivating manners to the audience.
Within the Senior High School category, Roselle Andrea M. Advincula claimed the top spot for her creative depiction of the narrative in “The Survivors” by Dinah McCall. Following closely behind were Marc Benedict Alberto and Zavelo Miguel Gado, securing the second and third place positions, respectively.
In the College category, Erros Damian Garbolo (BSAT) captured the audience with his presentation on “Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?” by Fujino Omori, earning him the top spot in the category. Leonna Joyce Candelario (BSAeroE) came in second, and Charles Gaibreylle Dacanay (BS ABA) secured third place.
