TURISMO HENYO QUIZ BEE

The Turismo Henyo Quiz Bee, organized by the PATTS Tourism Society (PTS), took place on the morning of the 28th of February 2024, in the school’s Audio-Visual Room (AVR). 

Comprising three dynamic rounds - easy, average, and hard - the quiz bee aimed to assess the students’ knowledge of global tourism. The easy round commenced with identifying countries based on their national flags, including those of Italy, Greece, and the United States of America, among others.  In the medium round, the participants tackled currencies from various nations such as the Euro of France, and the Dirham of the United Arab Emirates. Finally, the hard round tested the contestants’ familiarity with the iconic tourist destinations worldwide, such as the Machu Picchu in Peru and Versailles in France.

Claiming third place were Ms. Francesca Louise Lacdan and Ms. Niña Chanella Pataueg. In second place stood Mr. Adrian Paul Marasigan and Mr. Johancen Jasie Tesnado. Ultimately, Ms. Monica Viscaya and Ms. Hannah Micaella Zyrra Micablo emerged as champions, showcasing their expertise in global tourism.
