AVIATION QUIZ BEE

The students from the BS Aircraft Maintenance, BS Air Transportation, BS Avionics Technology, and Aircraft Technician Course exceeded expectations during the “Aviation Invasion: Battle of Sky Masters,” held at the campus’ Audio Visual Room (AVR) on February 29, 2024. 

The event entailed a quiz bee competition centered on aviation, covering topics such as Air laws, Theory of Flight, Basic Electricity and Electronics, and History of Aviation. Participants demonstrated their depth of knowledge and intellectual prowess as they navigated through various levels of difficulty, including Easy, Average, and Difficult Rounds. 

Tension rose as the final scores were tallied at the end of the event. Team 5 comprised of Sean Babiera, John Glenn Cabrera, Joshua Ignacio, and Lian Laborte (BSAvTech) clinched the 1st place position. Team 6, consisting of Angelo Gabriel David, Clark Martin Buenaventura, Maria Erica Rafa, and Rainielle Marasigan (BSAvTech), claimed 2nd place, while Team 7, consisting of Kris Emmanuel Lacerna, Chris Bernard Cayabyab, Jordan Lance SolisPugay, and Anika Lourdes Alagar Felisco (BSAT), garnered third place.
