AVTECH EXHIBIT 2023

"Restart: Reimagining the Present, Reinventing the Future" was an Avionics Exhibit unveiled at the PATTS Lobby last April 25, 2023 to showcase student creativity and skills, unleashing student potential and new innovations for the aviation industry. 

Featuring a range of technological systems such as the Automatic Railway Gate, the Magic Bin - Self-Opening Trash Can, the H2Oasis - Automatic Irrigation System, the Tea Bot - Automatic Iced Tea Vending Machine, and Target Shooting Transistor-based circuit, the guests were in awe as they witnessed the hands-on demonstration of each group.  One will really take the time to check-out each invention as each one was evidently a product of careful craftsmanship, creativity, hardwork and wit.  Each group prepared a brief but concise presentation, explaining the functions of their innovation and was even ready to answer all inquiries from the judges and guests. Overall, it was, indeed, an impressive exhibit that demonstrated the practical application of the avionics concepts learned in class.

As the aviation industry continues to evolve and adapt to new challenges, events like this play a crucial role in driving innovation and progress among students who share the same passion in aviation to enhance one’s knowledge and develop new ideas about the future of aviation.
