2023 WACKYLYMPICS

On the second day of the week-long celebration, the PATTS Volleyball Court was filled with AvTech chants as the participants got ready to unleash their powers for the Wackylympics.  

Six (6) teams, joined in by two (2) instructors, were classified according to their respective team color.  GSM Blue (Blue Team) was led by Engr. Chan and Mr. Beleno;  Red Horse (Red Team) was led by Mrs. Repatacodo and Mr. Dacasin; Sunny Orange (Orange Team) was led by Mr. Carreon and Mr. Abrantes; Green Peas (Green Team) was led by Mr. Libiano and Ms. Palatino; Yellow Submarine (Yellow Team) was led by Ms. Valencia and Mr. De leon, and Macy Gray (Gray Team) was led by Mr. Darabi and Mr. Cunanan. 

With effective synergy, each team was able to meet their strengths and reach their goal in winning the games. Three-legged Race, Calamansi Relay, Ping Pong Ball Relay, Catch the Egg, Maria Went to Town, and a Secret Game have put each team’s determination, focus and  teamwork to test - game on and the fun began. Just like that, everyone was all smiles with laughter echoing in the open air. 

Despite the heat, the Wackylympics was a success. It was not only an amusing event that showed a different side of the BS AvTech Department, but also a beneficial  platform for the AvTech community to strengthen their bond and camaraderie, signifying a solid state of the AvTech family.
