2023 PAVIOS AMAZING RACE

In an impressive display of determination, organization, and teamwork, the PATTS Avionics Society (PAVIOS) hosted  "The Amazing Race: Onward to Victory!" on the fifth day of the AvTech Week 2023. This thrilling competition, which was held last April 29, 2023, did not only take the participants on a fun adventure but also tested their mental agility, physical fitness, and ability to take on a series  of exciting challenges.

Under the blazing hot sun, enthusiastic teams gathered at the PATTS lobby, motivated with a mixture of excitement and anticipation. While the warm weather heated up, the race officials explained the rules and objectives of the race. Each team was separated into different colors and was tasked with completing checkpoints, where they faced puzzles, physical obstacles, and aviation-related challenges. 

The race brought out the best in each member of the participating teams as they relied on teamwork, flexibility, and quick decision-making to overcome obstacles. Throughout the race, the spirits of each participant were at their peak as each of them was fueled by their passion for aviation. Cheers of encouragement echoed throughout the campus, the crowd witnessed the camaraderie and sportsmanship displayed by the competing teams. 

As the race reached its end, the top three teams that scored the fastest were awarded. The Red Team was awarded first place, the Sky Blue Team was awarded second, and the Orange Team was awarded third place. 

This event not only served as a platform for friendly competition but also as a social gathering among peers who share the same passion and career, which in turn created newfound friendships and connections within the aviation community.
