ALAB 2023: 

ALAB 2023 has set ablaze  at the PATTS Volleyball Court entitled, "Celebrating Excellence: An Evening of Recognition for PATTS BS Aeronautical Engineering (AeroE) and Industrial Engineering (IE) Board Passers,” where 85 of the 2022 AeroE and IE Board Passers attended the event last March 18, 2023 from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

The program started by introducing the PATTS Board of Directors and the faculty of the Engineering departments.  Engr. Denis S. Desolo (Chairperson, BS Aeronautical Engineering), gave a heartwarming congratulatory speech sharing his pride to his students who are now licensed engineers. 

The water salute was then performed honoring the success of the board passers. It continued with the PATTS Aeronautical Engineering Oath led by Engr. Clark O. Estrella (Top 10). Engr. Mendrev Johann A. Vinoya (Top 6) then led the Siklab ng Diwa. He lit up the cauldron, which symbolizes the passing of knowledge and the start of a new journey for the passers. 

In closing, Engr. Joy Cosme G. Amores Jr. (VP for Academic Affairs), gave a few words sharing what the passers need to look forward to as newly licensed engineers. He also congratulated them for achieving a significant milestone. 

ALAB is an annual commemoration of the achievements of the institution that places a particular emphasis on the struggles and labors that led to the success of the BS in Aeronautical Engineering Board Passers -- an event that features a fruitful conversation with members of the engineering professors and board passers. As a sign of respect and appreciation, pins and brooches were presented to the board passers and distributed to each recipient individually.
