GCTO MOA SIGNING

PATTS College of Aeronautics, through the Guidance, Counseling & Testing Office (GCTO) has partnered with outside communities with the aim of prioritizing the welfare of the students. 

The first partnership was with In Touch Community Services, Inc., a mental health advocate. The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was held at the office of In Touch Community Services, Inc., located at Forbes Park, Makati City last September 14, 2023.

The second partnership was with UGAT Foundation, Inc., and the MoA signing was held last September 21, 2023 at the Ateneo De Manila University, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. The goal of these partnerships is to strengthen the path of providing help, especially to students in dealing with life adversities. 

According to Ms. Lorraine L. Dela Paz (PATTS Psychometrician and Assistant Guidance Counselor), said partnerships with mental health advocates  were established “to strengthen the avenue of helping individuals, especially the students, in managing and dealing with life adversities.”  With In Touch Community Services, Inc., and UGAT Foundation, Inc. as support systems, PATTSeans can have a healthier well-being, better coping skills and a longer life.    Indeed, these partnerships promote mental health awareness and mitigation to individuals who are prone to stress and pressure due to academic challenges and other obstacles that they face towards adulthood.
